Closed Loop Botanical Extractors
Terpp Extractors is the home of quality closed loop botanical extraction equipment . Terpp Extractors has always built the Terpenator©, developed by JD Ellis aka Gray Wolf of Skunk Pharm Research, to meet and exceed expectations.
We want to help you get the highest possible quality extracts without suffering from a reduced yield. Our closed loop extractors are able to recycle up to 99% of your solvent material while also filtering out contaminants within the system. Our botanical extractors are also known for their versatility, allowing the operator to make simple modifications that will help you achieve your quality and quantity objectives. Terpp Extractors is happy to provide you with ongoing support and helpful operating tips through our website and customer service lines.
Closed loop botanical extractors are becoming more popular as knowledge of the benefits of essential oils are spread further. Butane is the most desired solvent for extraction because it is a non-polar solvent with a low boiling point. Our closed loop extractors are able to work with a variety of different solvent solutions including: N-Butane, Iso-Butane, and N-Propane, or any combination of the three.
We know that you want to get right to work with your new extractor, that's why we focus on testing each device we manufacture rigorously before it gets to you. Every single closed loop extractor we build is assembled at our home location, and put through a series of pressure and safety tests to ensure that it will stand the test of time. In addition to our Terpenator© series of botanical closed loop extractors, we also carry a full range of parts and accessories to help you with making repairs and upgrades to your system. Each individual system will be accompanied by a list of recommended accessories that will improve your extraction process and increase your productivity.
Terpp Extractors wants you to be happy with your extractor, so we will walk you through the process from start to finish. We will provide you with comprehensive training and helpful reference materials so that you will have all the information you need to get started with your first batch of materials. Technical assistants are available during business hours to answer any questions about the process or help with troubleshooting any problems. We also hold a free demonstration and discussion day two times a month at our office in Fort Collins, CO. As you become more familiar and efficient with your botanical extractors, we would be happy to assist you in picking out accessories that will add to the efficiency of your process and improve the quality of your end result. Additionally, any information about the latest techniques and practices for high yield closed loop extraction can be obtained from our technical assistants or from our website.
